Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use air shipping to ensure faster delivery.

We currently ship from South Korea to most international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by country:

• Asia: 3–7 business days

• North America & Europe: 5–10 business days

• Oceania: 5–12 business days

• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs procedures or local postal delays.

International Shipping and Customs
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Altbison is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
