Return & Refund Policy

At altbison, most of our products are made-to-order, carefully handcrafted based on each customer’s request. As such, our return and refund policy is slightly different from general retail standards.


Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns only in the case of defective or incorrect items.

  • Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Products must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item was damaged during shipping

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Custom-made / personalized items

  • Used or worn items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

If you received a defective product and would like an exchange, please contact us first.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return and resend process.

We do not accept exchanges due to change of mind.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Under EU regulations, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products, as per Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that your item may be excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right if it is made to your specifications.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the process.
